The National Mentorship Movement (NMM) is a dynamic initiative dedicated to fostering personal and professional growth through mentorship across South Africa. NMM's mission is to empower and uplift communities by connecting mentors with mentees who seek guidance and support. They aim to create a nurturing environment where mentorship enhances skills development, boosts entrepreneurship, and empowers unemployed youth.
Join the National Mentorship Movement (NMM) in making a difference through mentorship. NMM mobilises volunteer mentors and connects them with individuals who need mentorship support across various programs in partnership with esteemed organisations such as CSIR, Deloitte, IDC, Mancosa, Nedbank, Pernod Ricard, Primestars, and V&A Waterfront.
NMM is looking for volunteers who are passionate about mentoring and willing to support participants in our programs, including students, entrepreneurs, and unemployed youth. Volunteer mentors typically commit 2 to 4 hours per month, either virtually or in person, and can engage in both one-on-one and group mentorship models.
